MY STORY
Professional Life Coaching
I have been working as a certified Coaching Professional since 2011 serving fellow colleagues as part of an Internal Coaching Community as well as belonging to a Mentorship Program with a large organization in the retail industry.
Over this time I have developed my skills to specialize in helping people identify and achieve their personal and/or business goals. By deep diving into old paradigms and beliefs that no longer serve you well, I will hold that space for you while together we will design your path to a more fulfilled life of success in alignment of your values. The tools I can provide, will energize you and your business goals while helping to build resilience to deal with any obstacles along the way! I take great pride in the progress and success of my coach/client relationships and look forward to helping you.
A little about me, I have 36 years of experience in a large corporate environment including 25 years of senior management experience in operations as well as being appointed Director of Learning and Training/Learning Centre Manager for over 90 plus retail locations in a corporate and franchise environment.
With this includes hands on experience managing people and teams of up to 350 colleagues while managing budgets and profit centres as well as facilitating hard and soft skills training. My area of expertise lies within in leadership programs and soft skills training with middle and senior management and their teams. I have also led speaking engagements delivering presentations to a room of up to 250.
I also volunteer with Community Justice Initiatives working with inmates who have an addiction component to their probation period who have been placed in an intense release program. I support them by helping them to integrate back into the community and stay connected to their intention of continuing to lead a positive and focussed life.
